Telekenex believes in empowering our customers with the knowledge base they need to fully take advantage of our services. We pride ourselves in dedicating time and resources to training all of our customers on what they have purchased. Without proper and adequate training, users cannot fully utilize all the advanced features.

In addition to providing customer onsite hands-on training, Telekenex provides self-paced training CDs and web-based instructor-led training sessions. Our training staff consists of highly qualified, experienced instructors who can show you the ins and outs of all the features for end-users.
