IP Call Center
Cisco Hosted VoIP Call Center solutions provides affordable functionality that enterprises can utilize to better handle and route incoming calls in an efficient manner. This includes hunt groups and call queues, unlimited number of queues and agents per queue, and flexible call treatment. Business customers will be impressed and pleased with the ease of call handling in customer support.
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) - Queue will accept calls on a pilot number and automatically distribute the calls evenly to agents who have the queue assigned to their telephone.
Agent Selection Criteria - Agents are selected to answer the next call based on how the queue is designed: round robin, longest idle, ring all, top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top.
Queue Parameters - Configurable queue settings include: maximum number of calls in queue, overflow destination, recorded multiple announcements, time between announcements and background music.
Queue Reporting - It is extremely important for management to be able to monitor and manage their workforce. Queue reporting is available for the administrator.
